Handshakes 28: Eavesdropping

Did Tony’s teeth get pointer?

Good question, I wondered it too.

I think it’s just a perspective trick. The teeth circling around the jaw and coming back, and it just LOOKS a little like pointy canines. Of course, it’s also possible that Kory just likes drawing angry faces with little pointy canines. ;)

OY! KORY! Can we get an author’s opinion up in here?

He looks like… no, I daren’t say it… he looks like Michelle looked when she turned. It looks like a similar nose to me.

In mundane terms, Michelle’s heritage seems to be at least partly Greco-Egyptian. Tony’s ancestors could easily come from the same part of the world without them being identifiably related.

Hey y’all, are you in Seattle next week? Are you going to @emeraldcitycomicon??? Well heck, so am I!

    BOOTH 312!

I have some NEW things this year (prints, buttons, stickers) and all my favorite old stuff! This is one of my favorite shows of the years, so if you’re going, come stop by and see me!

I’m at Booth 312, RIGHT across from Image! Can’t find me? Look to the sky, find the giant IMAGE banner. Follow that, I’m over there. I’m sharing a giant booth with @kelmcdonald, @evandahm, @meredithmcclaren, @thejoepi, @katedrawscomics, and Ma’at Crook! It’s your one-stop shop of great independent art and comics! Right up in the front of the convention!
