Know this is older than sin to say, but….Rawhead and Bloody Bones? About the only folklore i can think of from that area of the states…but i thought he was farther south, and a bit to the east….

Didn’t I see this guy as a boss monster in House of the Dead 3?

No, with the exception of the claws/talons, the body is all wrong. The limbs are far too short and this thing has fangs. A couple other things are missing as well, such as the giant cage and desert compound. If you change those and give it ten to twenty years to grow, you may get the uber-sloth known as The Fool.

Sketch of the Day (August 24th 2015) - fanart! - Jimothy Finn the eccentric griffin from Kory Bing’s excellent webcomic, Skin Deep which I am currently rereading for the fourth or fifth time. <3 Jim’s my favourite because he’s so fluffy, shaggy and I just love the design of his face. Plus he’s a lovely and hilarious person.

I drew my two favourite aspects of his appearance, his floof and his face haha. (Also love how Kory draws feline hindquarters.)

Go read Skin Deep guys! It’s amazing!

I love this!! Thank you so much! Look at his smug beaky face!
