Look, an update not only on time, but early! I’m back on my feet!

I don’t have a lot to say about this page! It’s time to start the next one wheeeee!

This page is kind of self-indulgent, as I basically just really wanted to draw some of the ridiculous Route 66 tourist traps you can find on the Interstate between Rolla, Missouri and Springfield, Missouri. I drove this road a lot when I was in college so the road holds a special place in my heart. The actual Route 66 crisscrosses the Interstate in meandering off-roads, leading a lot of adventures and unexpected finds, like the Elbow Inn located in scenic Devil’s Elbow.

Comic page! Sorry this page is several days late, I was recovering from Stumptown and Sfé Monster was hanging out, but now everything is back to the old routine and that means the comic is returning to normal! If all goes as planned, there will be a new page next Tuesday, just as planned.

Here’s a little bit of backstory about Greg’s family. Spoiler alert: he doesn’t like them very much OOPS.

A comic page! Holy cow! Sorry for the radio silence for so long, I’ve been up to my eyeballs in conventions and shipping Borogove. I can’t promise that there’s going to be regular updates until Borogove is over, but I am going to try my best, and post comics as soon as I get them done.

Thanks to everyone for your patience right now, I didn’t plan on having Borogove arrive right at the beginning of Convention Season so I’m making the best of the situation. I’m a one-person operation and I’ve never done something like this before, so I’m learning on the fly! I appreciate everybody’s understanding on the matter!

I had a GREAT time at Furry Fiesta! Thanks to everybody who showed up! Y’all made me feel like a rock star! I also have a handful of Borogove decks left, and if all my dreams come true I should get the rest this week! I hope I hope I hope I hope I hope I hope I hope.

My next convention is Wondercon in Anaheim! I hope to see you there!

And we’re back! I got restless so I’m updating a day early! I hope to keep chugging along with Skin Deep through my conventions and shipping Borogove, but there’s a chance I might miss and update or two during the run, but I really want to have Skin Deep updating during my conventions!

Speaking of conventions! I will be at Furry Fiesta this weekend! If you’re around Dallas stop by! It will be your first chance to get Borogove (which I didn’t plan on, I had hoped the Kickstarter backers would have their stuff already, but I SHOULD get them the week after Furry Fiesta I BETTER GET THEM). Magnolia will be there too, helping me out and selling Monster Pulse merch! Come by!

Next week I’m heading out to FURRY FIESTA in Dallas, Texas! I have TWO complete pages of Skin Deep ready to go up, so there will be an update NEXT TUESDAY and the TUESDAY AFTERWARDS and hopefully all the Tuesdays afterwards.

I’m SUPPOSED to get my Borogove cards after Furry Fiesta (I should have a box AT the con, too) so there might be some hiccups in updates while I am shipping those out. I’m kind of playing it by ear right now! Woooo.
