Not a lot of history gets written down in the mythical community out of fear of humans discovering it and having proof of mythical creatures. A lot of the history is passed down orally, and has a habit of getting skewed between generations. So if you ask any regular satyr off the street of an Avalon if there was ever a time when humans and mythical creatures existed together, they’d probably say no. But it did happen!

Hey, don’t knock it! Indigenous oral traditions in some places have reliable historical records going back WAY farther than written history.
