For me, at the moment at least, it would be a quetzalcoatl that had a magical accident that had had turned me into a sauropod with quetzalcoatl trait and powers. Think this https://www.deviantart.com/illustratedmenagerie/art/Hercules-Titan-1239738031 guy but with the feathers, some of the scales, and retractable fangs.
By the way, that is a spec Evo dinosaur(i.e. not a real one).
