Can there be a griffin with a Cheshire Cat counterpart?
I second this! Even if there isn’t (because it sounds about as likely as a Nemeon lion griffin or Roc/insert magical giant cat griffin) Could we please see some outrageous mythical cat/mythical bird griffin hybrids? :D I’d bet some young children in the Avalon would come up with a few drawings!
So if there is a family of legend creatures that have different legend creature genes in them can they’re children be different legend creatures. Like say that if a symurgal and a Nimean lion got together and the symurgal also had genes for a centaur could or would there children be one of each, all the same, or two of one parent and one of one parent?
What the heck is a ‘symurgal’?? Cause going off google, it’s a thing you made up for this comment (this comment is literally the first search result so uh, yeah).
I think they might be talking about a Simurgh, it’s a Persian Phoenix, unless Symurgal is something else then I don’t know.
I spelled it wrong thanks Latoya, I meant simargl. A winged wolf or in some cases winged lion.
Uncertain, if this has been asked before: is the Tatzelwurm canon?
That totally looks like a manticore and a knuckwyrm had a baby.
Ok wow. That’s a cool full form.
Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn, he’s pretty! So– tattoos transform into feather-dye? NEAT. Only now I’m picturing a gryphon with an anchor tattooed on its chest-plumage, or possibly a heart with “Mum” across it on a foreleg haunch.
Royce is his own classification.
My feeling is that Royce is actually a heraldic gryphon–that is, no real classification beyond looking awesome enough to be “famous”, like the Bohemian lions.
I’m imagining Royce lounging on the roof of John Lennon’s 1965 Rolls Royce Phantom V.
Of course he doesn’t like being put in a box! Have you ever tried to put a cat in a carrier he doesn’t like? It’s a cage!box! The only boxes worth any cat’s time are the cardboard ones that are slightly too small or muchmuch too big. Every cat knows that.
I can tell(ish) that Royce’s bird half is a cockatoo of some sort~! I worked at a place with an umbrella cockatoo called Chatter, they are very social birds!
