Okay, true story that I have not thought about for years.
I went to a restaurant for take out and the guy who handed me the food noticed my, recently acquired medallion, from the ren-faire. His face lit up and he asked me what was on it . I told him that a coyote on the front and a zodiac symbol was on the back. I told him I got it at the renaissance faire that was going on for one more week. He seemed to be disappointed and I just assumed it was because he couldn’t make it to get one himself. This page makes me question if that was why he was upset.

I don’t know about you, but if I were shopping somewhere and someone came up to me and started sniffing I would leave and never come back.

I suspect masking smell is part of the disguise. Even a human would be able to pick up if somebody smelled like a deer or lion.

I’m assuming most mythics are born under medallion magic, so they look human. Would it be common to introduce them to others their own age through the local Avalon? Or perhaps even have a sort of community Turning if there are more than one of the same age?
