Love how flightless bird gryphons are just things. I didn’t even recognise it as a gryphon for a while, maybe you could do one with a kiwi
But capybaras are so chill! That should balance the murderlust of the bird half… Nah, that just leads to cold blooded killer with perfect calm.
How does a helmeted guinea fowl/pangolin gryphon sound? (Protected. I think they sound protected.) I bet that greater rhea/capybara is very pettable if you ignore the killing part.
I’m getting Kevin the Rhea flashbacks. The Urban Rescue Ranch has given me a tremendous amount of “nope” towards these birds. Oh shit Quandale Dingle is of TURR too, so this IS a direct callout to exactly the violent bird I imagined!!!

1: I love gryphon week 2: how are you drawing these with an obliterated elbow?? was Kory the real cryptid all along? 2. Backlog. She still has enough done for this week but we’re not going to see any more after that. Makes sense! Glad she’s not pushing herself after an injury like that.

Can we see two New England native species? Black-capped chickadee and eastern chipmunk? It would be tiny, perky, opinionated, and SO FAST.
