The Wampus cat! I went with the classic six-limbed cougar version, but there are a couple versions of the wampus cat! There’s a high school in Arkansas that has one as their school mascot, and that is way cooler than my high school mascot (my high school mascot was an eagle).

Can Totem animals travel far from their home areas? Like, could Eustace visit, say, England? Or do they have to stay closer to home?
Since red foxes are the same species throughout the northern hemisphere, that may be the limit of Eustace’s range.
