Daaang. Tails are worse than Capes in that regard. At least capes can detach…
*Edna Mode screams in the distance*
*glass shatters*

Yes, you were hearing it wrong
NO CAPES!
(dungeons and dragons Draconomicon (3.5 version) has amazing anatomical dragony stuff…)
This is one of my favorite books, for many reasons.

Wait. Dresden Codak?
this is when i laugh going… i used to do that with my cat ^^;
I like the sound effect…*Yoink!*
I wholeheartedly concur.
Nom! Dwagon thumb is delicious and chewy.
Yay! Useful carnivore teeth are useful!
Human shift; sphinx shift; fly like mad
I’m rereading this because I felt a little wonky on what’s been occurring as of late…and I just have to say…gawds I love the onomatopoeia of yoink. Highly underused and undervalued word that.
…At least he called her ‘wench’ that time rather than ‘beast’ again…

…I cried 7 years too late…
The dragon must be rather reclusive, as well as old. Otherwise he/she/it would have modernized its vocabulary, amirite?
Looking forward to more info on this particular entity.
