(The medallions can store or modify clothes to some degree, maybe depending on the skill of the wearer, but first transformations tend to be rough. Who knows what happened to Michelle’s pants during her blackout.)
He can’t use or feel his wings in *human* form. When he has wings, he can use them normally. It’s just badly phrased.
