They’re singing “I Was Born (A Unicorn)” by the Unicorns. I listened to the Unicorns a LOT during some very key moments in the development of the Liverpool Avalon, so they will always make me think of that location and especially these two goobers.

Also Unicorns are extinct and have been extinct for awhile. Humans hunted them to death, and it was probably one of the deciding factors in everyone deciding to hide from humans for good.

When the last eagle flies over the last crumbling mountain
And the last lion roars at the last dusty fountain
In the shadow of the forest though she may be old and worn
They will stare unbelieving at the last unicorn

When the first breath of winter through the flowers is icing
And you look to the north and a pale moon is rising
And it seems like all is dying and would leave the world to mourn
In the distance hear the laughter of the last unicorn

I’m alive, I’m alive
When the last moon is cast over the last star of morning
And the future has passed without even a last desperate warning
Then look into the sky where through the clouds a path is torn
Look and see her how she sparkles, it’s the last unicorn

I’m alive, I’m alive

The reason Unicorns are extinct is because they wouldn’t stop playing long enough to get on the ark. (as per the song ‘The Unicorn’ by The Irish Rovers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_EPsuOEH1fY )

How is crime handled in Avalons? Is the criminal justice system often hindered by the fact traveling between Avalons is easier for some, and more difficult for others? Are there laws that pertain to humans that also pertain to Avalon civilians? [obvs you know, murder and the like]

Does that include their cousins, like the Indrik, the Camahueto, the Shadhavar, the Monocerus or the Karkadann?
