Why not use cynocephaly? It’d allow for a whole wide variety of humanoid canids.

I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a mythical type of dog other than the Fu Dog, Black Dog, or Hell Hound varieties. Mythical talking dogs and whatnot

He looks like the character Pat The Dog from the webcomic Doc Rat, it’s worth a read if you like furries in a realistic world.
Managed to find an ep of Doc Rat, with both Pat the Dog and Pat the Tiger. Took a bit of hunting.

I’ve always really enjoyed the nifty doodads like the centaur bed and the wing-cleaning pick that beak-less winged species use. Are there any more objects or inventions of that nature you could share with us?
