Finally a question I can answer with confidence, as the early-mid ’00s was the only time in my life when I was semi-hip about current music. These albums are all bangers, if you want a good soundtrack for Skin Deep and especially the Liverpool Avalon arcs, put on these albums while reading.

Hah! I’ve had The Unicorns on my playlist for as long as I can remember!
“I was born a unicorn… I missed the Ark, but I could’ve sworn… you believed in meeeee…”
A rare John Anthony smile. He must love that song to smile
He probably smiles a lot. It’s just when he has to deal with certain, err, personages, shall we say?
That he is less than sanguine.
Aw dude, I love The Unicorns!
Surprised to see that Gorillaz – Demon Days or All-American Rejects – Move Along are not there. They’re only 4 and 2 months old, respectively, by September 2005.
Those were the two albums I was listening to during this time period.
Ah, Demon Days. We listened to that so much that our kids consider it one of their formative music influences.
Why is everyone using LPs in 2005?
so they’re easier to see
i mean they’re all just hipsters
Please, draw me an mp3 file. :|
I had a brief thought about potential prehistoric gryphons, then began to wonder…are there any paleontologists in the mythical community that know anything about the earliest sentient/sapient mythical creatures?
I like that Greg and Michelle are listening to their album together.
