This one is really front-heavy. Probably smells real bad, too.

Well my favorite animals being cat and falcon, I think I’d get a rather standard-looking griffon. Yeah, the default template is more lion and eagle, but still, pretty close.
Fun fact: falcons and caracaras are more closely related to songbirds and the extinct terrorbirds than they are to other birds of prey.
…We need a terrorbird griffon. I have no idea what it would pair with, but we need one.
Terrorbird griffin. Hmm. The non-avian part of the pair ought to be another Extremely Ancient beastie… perhaps one of the megaliths?
“Mega*sloths*”. Frickin’ autocorrupt…

Yay, a Maney!
This makes me think of someone wearing a hoodie with booty shorts.
Yes a fluffy AT-AT griffin.
How about…Aardwolf and any species of Turaco?
Griffons may work best with animals that generally walk on four legs, but I’d still love to see a squirrel-based one. And how about a common sparrow for the front-part – I’m sure it would make a very cute (and very mischievous) little creature.

Long, wet gryphon: oriental darter+otter
Bearded vultures are top tier griffin birbs imo
