I’ve wondered, once a medallion belongs to someone, is it locked to them for their life or could it still turn an unturned leading to a situation where a medallion belongs to two people?
Iirc, once a medallion is claimed by someone it is locked to them, unless they very specifically confer it to someone else, upon which the medallion is locked to the new user. The previous owner would not have the ability to use it (or any other?) medallion again
