Hope the con is a blast Kory
:)
Awesome nue! Banana for scale, please.
He is overlooking his kingdom; his weird, mutant magic animal kingdom, but a kingdom nonetheless.
Well that’s a Nue one. Waka waka.
thats also a Nue pun. XD
That reminds me of a chimera. But chimera’s have a lion head, a goats body, and a serpent tail. In pictures I have seen they are depicted with three heads a lion body and a serpent for a tail. The three heads are a lion, a goat and a dragon. But I don’t think this is quite accurate.
Although it would be cool to see one is the skindeepverse. Oh I also heard that they were close cousins to the sphinxes.
The nue is the Japanese version of chimera, independently described AFAIK.
I didn’t know that thanks for telling. I just learned something cool!.
Huh. Is that what it’s supposed to look like? ._. My only frame of reference for what a nue looks like is the nue boss monster from Breath of Fire 3: http://bof.wikia.com/wiki/Nue
“What’s a Nue?”
“Not so much, paisano. Whatsa nue with you?”
Somebody had to to it.
Unfortunately for that joke, the proper (Japanese) pronunciation is two syllables: “noo-eh”. Since that’s not far from the English phrase “new way”, I’m sure you can still come up with applicable puns.
The joke’s being done with an exaggerated Italian accent (thus, ‘paisano’). Try it with the accent in mind; the pronunciation is completely taken into account.
It is a good joke.
To any of the cast: who’s up for a game of Mario Party?
magic powers and Mario party- the battle will be deadly and epic.
Hoping to make it to Anthrocon on Saturday to meet you!
