It wouldn’t be a Reader Question week without a gryphon! I changed the raven to an azure jay so now it’s a cute little South American-flavored gryphon.

I’m not sure if Azure Jays have the same delightful personality as North American Blue Jays, but if they do, you’ve just crossed the Most Chill Back End In the Mammalian World with a front end that has No Chill Whatsoever.

I’m not sure if you’re taking comments from here atm, but I was curious in general– so common gryphons seem to grow their ear tufties later in life? Is there an awkward puberty stage for them? Will Tobias have tufties?
