Cheshire cats generally like to live a life of “I am a regular feral street cat” and then they’ll beat you at cards. If cheshire cats were offered medallions there’s a pretty high chance they would not accept one. Why would you want to be a human????

Just because you have a medallion doesn’t mean you have to be transformed all the time. It just gives you the opportunity to do so when it could be really funny.
I mean sure I def understand who would want to be human. Still though if even just a few decided to get medallions they’d find a whole world full of marks ready for the picking.
A question: If a medallioned person started HRT, would any physical changes carry over to their un-medallioned body (i.e. a maned gryphon growing a mane, or a plumaged person’s feathers changing). Or, would that not work bc that treatment depends on the person undergoing treatment being human? For that matter, would vaccines or average medicines work on mythical people, since they’re not human? or does medallion magic cover for them and make the medicine effective even if theyre not human
This got me thinking…
I wonder if someone adept at using their medallion could have their midform and human form transitioned even if their fullform isn’t. (Sounds like a win for genderfluidity, unless maybe their gender is in some way tied to which form they’re in and it doesn’t align with the options available via medallion illusion.)
This has actually bee addressed previously and no, you have no control over the manifestation of your human disguise so you wouldn’t be able to transition it.
How did Tim discover magic and find the avalon?
I’m guessing that he already knew magic when he met Abbie, and she introduced him to Avalons.
