Pet Question: What sort of weird/exotic mythical pets do some folks in the comic have? Obviously the Finns have Martha the Ghost Dog, but what other cute, fluffy, adorable pets do some of the other cast have?

Drawing up species diagrams for mythical people must be so maddening, with a good enough argument you can pretty much argue any one thing as actually another. One could argue all mythics are actually derivatives of satyrs.
Or, *ahem*, Bugbears.
Maybe we need something cute. Like a mythical beast using a corgi. Or just a corgi as supposedly they were the riding mounts of fairies.
How about a looooong boy?
Say, sausage dog/black swan?
(specifically *black* swan, because a) I’m Australian, and they’re native here, and b) they were considered cryptids before white man came here)
Maybe Corgis are mythics that everyone just opted to hide in plain sight! The Queen is aware of this but opts to keep it a secret because of how enchanting they are.
I’m inclined to agree. Let us never speak of this abomination again.

Human-eagle gryphon is not a good thing, no…. Yeah, I kinda need to see a reverse gryphon of that sort now. After all, human is the commonest half of a combination found in the Avalons, right?
For your consideration, the worst Pokémon griffin: Dodrio/Ambipom. Or anything with Hawlucha.
I don’t think he’d complain, he would at least have hands in that version! Taloned hands, but hands separate from wings…. I dunno, seems like a better deal.
