I imagine there are a lot of medallions for random weird European heraldic creatures floating around, just because they’d have been around when sphinxes were making them even though there’s never been a whole lot of them. Just lucky timing for the White Horses of Kent, I guess.
I have restocked some sold out colors of my extinct animal bandanas!!! Check it out!

The one on the left looks like a lama lol.
Looks much more like a Dartmoor pony to me; the face is perfect!
What about a Merlion? National symbol of Singapore. Are they considered Heraldic animals?

Also:
Are some Heraldic animals more common or more rare than others? Rhonda and Django are both Bohemian lions for example
One wonders if a merlion is just a lion that had a kiss from a Nixie and got thrown in the water before his photo opportunity…
I know you’ve said before that (sapient) multi-headed creatures don’t really work in the world of Skin Deep (at least in terms of human forms from Medallions) but could you please draw a half-form Chimera (three heads, lion goat and dragon, non-snake-tail)?
Me and some friends are playing a TTRPG called FATE in a world kinda like Skin Deep and we decided that Chimera have one mind/personality that is split among three heads, but a Cerberus is three different people/minds/personalities.
My character is named Leonardo D. Capricorn (such a dumb pun but I love it so much) and he is actually a half-chimera (half-human) he is basically ‘stuck in a permanent half-form’, he is bipedal with the lower body of a(n anthropomorphic) goat, upper body of a(n anthropomorphic) lion, dragon tail, (small) wings and spine, and his head is mostly feline with a lion mane, ram horns and dragon horns and some patches of scales
Double post one minute apart.
Sounds like it would make an interesting pin at some point. If you haven’t already, you should go look at the Wapsi Square chimera, seeing as you like chimeras.
Why did you decide one three headed beast had three personalities, while the other did not? Seems odd to me.

(Please let me know if you wanna know more)
Do any of the smallish magic creatures that look relatively mundane live outside the Avalons as pets in nonmagic households? (I really want to hold out hope my cat might just open up and talk to me someday.)
I’m not her therapist or anything. I just wish she’d confide in me.
Are there heraldic animals corresponding to factions within a nation, like the American parties’ donkey and elephant? If so, do they actually tend to hold those factions’ beliefs?
