A goat/owl gryphon would be incredibly snooty and aloof despite not having any cat in the mix.

(A heraldic creature so lost to time, nobody knows what the frick it symbolized anymore. A goat-sheep hybrid with four horns. Two curved, two straight. Personal fav on looks alone.)
I can’t really imagine a goat-based anything being snooty and aloof. I can only picture them doing crazy stunts and causing mayhem.
In fact, I think the only bird that could realistically be gryphoned with a goat is the goose, specifically the one from the Untitled Goose Game.
